Yesterday was a holiday. Today's a Holiday. Tomorrow's a holiday, too. Some week, huh?
Now I know what you're saying. You're saying, "What?", and that's fine. Some of you may be astute enough to figure out what Wednesday's so-called
holiday is all about, but what about today?
Well, we'll let my close, personal friend Peter Gammons take care of the explaining.
That's right, our long nation's winter has an end in sight. The boys of summer are reporting to Florida and Arizona for duty, which means it's time to think
seriously of April flowers, May showers, and Wade wasting an early draft pick on Jose Lima. Late games on cable, Baseball tonight, and Wade trading for Jeff
Weaver.
It's almost time for baseball, and that's a holiday to me.
