Well I never promised you a rose garden. But I did pledge some renewed activity around here, and I’m working on it. One of the things I’ve been wanting to do for quite some time is to have an easy way to display the pictures I’ve been taking with my spiff new digital camera that I bought this summer. As you can see, I’ve finally gotten most of the kinks worked out, and am linking to pictures along the left sidebar there. [. . .]

Anyway, pictures now. Blogging soon. Graphics/Site Layout stuff as I can get to it to finish off the look (mostly just a top logo and a few tweaks, but still). Other SP Main Site stuff to follow. Stay tuned. (If anyone’s still out there.)

Hey! We’re back! Did you miss me?

I’ve cleared up most of the important layout issues for now, and I’m ready to jump back into the personal blogging business. In the near future we’ll hopefully see more random content. I don’t want to tip my hand on all my machinations just yet, but for now I do have one announcement: the return of daily crap. Those of you who’ve been here before should remember that I was trying to have a blog post of the day. Well, we’re gonna enlarge that category for ease of use. We’ll call it, from now on, Crap Of The Day. That’s right, it’s crap. Updated daily.

To kick things off, I can think of no better option than a random YouTube video. This one comes courtesy of Audrey over at LowConcept. It’s… well frankly, it’s frightening. Enjoy!

As you can see (EDIT: Well, now you can’t see, since it’s fixed. It’s a vicious cycle.), I’ve managed to nuke my own blog theme. We’ll be under construction here for a while, but there may be content during the rubble. Stay tuned.

In the unlikely event that anyone had been trying to post comments ’round these parts, I apologize. I just now realized that they haven’t been working, as part of something I was testing out for the main site. Oops. Update: Apprently there was some continued failure after this pronouncement of success. Now, finally, there are successful comments being posted, so all should be good.
