An off-the-cuff summary of the foods I ate this weekend:
- A Long John Silver’s meal combo.
- Package of Mini-muffins.
- Two normal sized bottles of Gatorade.
- Small handfull of mini-Snickers bars (no more than a half-dozen, total).
- Couple of pieces of beef jerky.
- Three or four pieces of garlic cheese bread; four pieces of deep-dish pizza.
- A chocolate chip cookie coffee cake.
- Bag of jelly beans.
- One bite of a choco taco.
- Three glasses of Coke.
- Two 16oz cups of coffee.
That’s fairly accurate…
I played six games of ultimate frisbee over that time span, at 1.5 hours each, for a total of nine hours of activity. Since we had enough men to split time at 50% exactly, I can assume I engaged in four and a half hours of activity. By the metrics on this site, I can assume I burned off 3000 of those calories over the weekend.
I think I can safely say that I should probably eat more when I play.
